- Certificate of Membership
- Membership Card
If the family is planning to lay their loved one to rest at a national cemetery, please ask them to bring the following documents:
- DD214
- U.S. Certificate of Naturalization
- Military records
- Other appropriate evidence that clearly documents the service rendered
